Now Hiring - Inside Sales Representative in Rogers, MN

Quality Metalcrafts, LLC / AMERICLAD®, a rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products based in Rogers, MN is looking to add a motivated individual to its inside sales department. This is a business-to-business sales position. We are willing to train the right individual who is interested in learning about our products. This is an opportunity with a tremendous earning potential.

This full-time position includes the following duties:

• Make outbound phone calls daily to prospects and existing customers to generate business
• Discuss project requirements with customers and prospects and understand how our products can meet their requirements
• Review bidding documents and project plans to assist estimators in preparing project quotations
• Follow-up with customers on the status of quotations and close sales
• Provide customer service and be a point of contact for customers
• Use sales management/contact management tools provided by the company
• Follow sales plans implemented by the company
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Highly motivated individual who is not afraid of making a large number of cold calls
• Ability and willingness to learn about our product line and the architectural sheet metal industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines
• Pass pre-hiring background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test
